We are Still Accepting Orders For Delivery On Mon 03 Oct 2022
In a rare situation where the customer is not happy with the quality of the delivered products, he/she is requested to register a complaint immediately and be ready to substantiate the complaint with the picture of the delivered products. Any complaints made after 24 hours of delivery won't be entertained. In case the complaint is found genuine; we would be happy to have the product with issues replaced free of cost. A refund upon return is ONLY available for non-perishable products Like Gourmet Hampers, Teddy Bears, Chocolates etc. provided the products are returned in their original condition and packaging to the local florist attempting the delivery within 5 working days after the delivery is made. A refund upon return is NOT available for perishable products like Flowers, Fruits etc.
If we at Send Flowers To New Zealand are unable to deliver any order, the customer will be refunded in full. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery. A refund will be made only if the delivery failed due to our mistake or if the area is non-serviceable.
Customer has the right to cancel an order before the delivery date but with the deduction of cancellation fees which is as follows:
Until 48 Hours Before The Delivery Date: 15 % Cancellation Fees Will Be Applied To The Entire Order Value
24-48 Hours Before The Delivery Date: 50 % Cancellation Fees Will Be Applied To The Entire Order Value
0-24 Hours Before The Delivery Date: 100 % Cancellation Fees Will Be Applied To The Entire Order Value
No refund will be processed in case the order is delayed or in case the delivery fails due to any of the following conditions:
1.) Invalid Phone Number of The Recipient
2.) Invalid/Incomplete Address Of The Recipient
3.) Recipient Refuses To Accept The Delivery
Approximate Time Required For Processing A Refund: 10 Working Days
